I think it's just possible that you are very optimistic about the price at which the tranches will be sold. At least the first one. A BiggiePharm partner will demand a significant discount, and will undoubtedly get it. Anyone who thinks that the first tranche will be sold to a partner at premium is enjoying a nice dream. That's good news really as we become securely funded and can develop several IPs. Taking the maximum USD potential of the new shelf, this fund-raising, in aggregate tranches, absolutely dwarfs the $33mCDN fund-raise at the end of 2021. The other good news is that $50mUSD is chump change for a BiggiePharm 'partner.' We live on, and the partner has first position on an eventual buyout that perhaps does indeed go into the Billions.
