Del - If you are correct in your assessment and it is a outside company buying (instead of just a run of the mill public PP) the first tranche of ZEN shares at a discount, then those share holders wanting to add ZEN shares should wait for this to happen as I believe their will be a short window of opportunity for shareholders to purchase shares at or close to whatever discount price is given. The Market will quickly adjust and then I believe the share price will rise from there. Steakhouse P.S. I will add their were a few lets just say "negatives" in this NR. Application for FDA approval of masks was just sent in this month when many thought this was done months ago. And we are still working on the application to the EPA on hvac filters. So no telling when this will happen.
