JR, the website is not new....it's been there for a while. If you take a look at the old LUNN thread, you'll see references to the TPG site. As far as your complaint about a right to know if you are entitled to shares based on the upcoming earnings....the company, I am sure will come out with earnings soon enough. I believe that after earnings are released the screwy info, like on Yahoo for example, will be taken care of. I also believe that after earnings are released we'll see an application for a NASDAQ listing. So, we're almost there. It is nice to see the price rebound today. I think that there is a rumor that the IR firm is about to do a press release (g). Sergio
