TRADE: Sold NEM at $42.85. A nice 27% gain along with good yield. Earnings were a mixed bag and the yield wasn't what it was as they struggle with FCF. Going to take the big pop this AM and reset. I still think this can go higher but raising some cash into earnings season for possible deployment elsewhere.
