Well I'm at home trying to have my own thoughts and not be social engineered, not trying to be diplomatic. The main reason for 'the pause' those years ago was due to concerns about references, not because I viewed myself as being at "a slo p". I haven't had work where 'What matters is that the work gets done' for some years now. I was told 'Look after the kids and the dollars will look after themselves'. I did have a sleeping issue this morning, I did not ask how high to jump though.
