The Republicans won't even allow the minimum wage to rise and is still only $7 which is nuts.
Good. The minimum wage should indeed remain at $7. Or rise to no more than $10 at the moment.

Look at what happened here in "$15/hour" California, now up to $20/hour. Everything here is incredibly expensive. People are moving out of the state as a result.

Every attempt to use regulation to "spread the wealth" has resulted in abject failure. This mistake has been repeated throughout human history.

The best way to "spread the wealth" and combat poverty is through free market capitalism.

Not socialism.

Not bringing back the "glory days" of Jimmy Carter.
