Nope, see page 120 of prospectus for allocation rules in the event of an oversubscription. All Tier 1 account holders who submitted orders got 100 shares to start, and the rest were then allocated based on deposit size on the E.R.D. I've done over 200 conversions in the last 12 years, I know what I am talking about when it comes to allocations. Dennis
