We are very pleased with 1997 and look forward to an even better 1998.
SRS Labs' earnings made the Wall St Journal today, so lets hope this
begins a flurry of press attention.

A new analyst has started to cover SRS Labs. His firm name is Branch
Cabell. He has us rated as a buy. Salomon continues to rate us as an
"outperform buy", but Montgomery has us as a moderate growth hold. We do
not anticipate any upgrades or revisions to 1998 earnings estimates.

We anticipate our yearly growth to be 25-30%. SRS Labs wants to guide
wall street conservatively and make the numbers. We learned our lesson
from early 1997, when we guided wall street to expect a more aggressive
growth (which was in line with our internal sales forecast) but missed
one quarter and the stock got spanked hard. (we made it up later in the
year so our yearly estimates were right on)

Next week, SRS Labs is going on the road again to promote our company
and attract new investors and analysts. We will be in NY, Boston, LA and
SF. During the first week of March, we will also be presenting at two
financial conferences, Cruttenden Growth Conference and the AEA
Technology Conference. Both of which are in California.

One analyst at a time is fine with me as long as they jump on with the buy rating!!!
