C runs the ADRs for Air France-KLM. So, when I was checking it out I wanted to verify the ADR/ordinary ratio. The prices at the time did not reflect the 1/10 ratio, so naturally I contacted them specifically asking for the ratio. The reply:

They've been useless for decades. Back in the stone age, they would routinely post payments 9-10 days after I mailed them. When I called and asked why it took so long, and what would happen if there were a mail delay, the fool on the other end of the line would only tell me about late charges. I made it a point to avoid them by cutting the card into little pieces. |
