No, it is not a crime to be vulgar, outside of the workplace. But within it, in America, it can be. While it does not seem to be a crime to have sex if no victim comes forward, the unseen victims are the coworkers who did not get the better job, the stick pen, the book of poetry, the kneepads, or the vicarious sense of power that goes along with people like Vernon Jordan getting you a job!!! |
