It's preposterous to claim that anyone was planning an elaborate takedown ahead of him ahead of him winning.
I had second thoughts about using the word, anyone, literally. A little voice in my head told me that someone would come back with one guy's inquiries somehow be offered up as some elaborate takedown conspiracy. Sigh.
