Larry, I will be on the long side too, if MU moves above 35 3/8. Until then I treat anything up to that level as resistance. Its a close call though but for the moment I like my PUT positions. As I have said in the past there is a higher probability of bouncing off support and resistance levels rather than going thru...and I find this especially true for stocks like MU which is traded by many specialists. One can't go wrong on the long side of MU, though, since it certainly has an upside bias. How the Forever bears can not see this is beyond my understanding...Maybe they are standing on their heads while reading the charts.<vbg> Good Luck Trading DavidG
