Yes, indeed ...... and the "Convenient" END DATE for the USA to deal with those "terrible(?)" Russian Banks is 1st November 2024 !!!! ........ and what happens in November 2024 ???? ......... Why, it's US presidential election time, and Joe "Lyin' " Biden and his Demented Democrat Hierarchy don't want there to be any "disruptions" in the Oil and Gas market which could Negatively effect the Oil Price in the USA and further Crap on his party's already downward-spiraling campaign, bearing in mind Russia's input into the global Oil market !!!!
