What is built into the system guarantee that NO illegal aliens are allowed to vote?

First they have to register. Documentation is required for that. If they're not registered, they can show up to vote but will be shown the door if not the cops.

I registered to vote when I moved to NC and I got a letter from VA documenting that I was off their rolls. Presumably all states do at least that.

You can yap all you want about peripheral issues having to do with both legal and illegal immigrants and drunks but all you need is those two steps and you're covered.

I don't know that there's any law against voting drunk.
