That's the whole idea. You can't prove it. So, of course not. The entire point of internal controls is to establish systems that will surface the truth in situations where laws have been violated. In the past we have relied on honesty of some Democrats but that is out the window with the Jamie Raskins and Adam Schiffs, and Nancy Pelosi (a proven crook) and "The Squad" and others, it is just out of control. Self-respect in Congress is gone. And yes, a few Republicans are fringe, but I don't find MTG crooked, just extremely redneckish.

There are no systems in place today that would prevent or detect this abuse. Or lots of others.

Our voting systems are total amateur hour, mostly by design of Democrats who see cheating as their way to control government without interference from pesky Republicans who want a say.
