SIDEWARE SYSTEMS INC. SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH AGORA INTERNET RELATIONS CORP.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - FEBRUARY 18, 1998

Vancouver, BC - Sideware Systems Inc. (VSE symbol: SYD) is pleased to announce it has retained the services of Agora Internet Relations Corp. (Agora) to support Sideware's Internet shareholder communication objectives. The objective of this agreement is to create effective corporate communication between Sideware and it's shareholders through the Internet, as well as the Internet investment community as a whole.

Agora will receive a monthly fee of $1,700 and a two-year option to purchase 50,000 shares of the company at $0.50 each, subject to the approval of the Vancouver Stock Exchange.
