How so? Every trial over the election got thrown out because Trump's lawyers admitted in court there was no evidence. No one sued over Zuckerberg, which is odd given your premise. Or if they did, that was yet another case that got thrown out on procedural grounds. Those states passed laws based on no evidence of malfeasance. Such laws are stupid. They waste money and time and don't solve any problems.
