I keep telling you people that Stagger is not Short THQI. He is one of these people that makes a prediction hoping it will come true so everyone will think he knows what he is talking about. If he was "Short" he would know at what Price he shorted. The fact that he states "he shorted at 18 " and then states that "you should have shorted at his recommendation at 23" shows that he is trying to make himself appear right by stating he said "23" when it is under "23".
