1. Give the ones who refused to leave an arrest record for trespassing and vandalism.
2. Any who profess allegiance to Hamas, a terrorist organization, should be killed or detained in GITMO.

3. As far as Jan 6 goes, those who fought with police or violently stormed the Capitol should NOT be pardoned by Trump.
4. Those who walked into the open doors or were escorted into the building by police should be pardoned and records expunged.
5. Those arrested who were present at the protest but didn't enter the Capitol should be pardoned, records expunged, and have the ability to sue for false arrest and confinement.
