It is difficult to see why they need many employees at all now, other than the fact the IMF and BMF (Individual and Business Master Files) have been a mess since the early 80s.

Don't hire people. Buy and complete the upgrade to modern computers now. By hiring government workers you are throwing good money after bad.

But if Dems are going to run a corrupt IRS, you have to hire more people to control.
