The increased volume indicates to me that the flurry in sales was due to news "leaked" to a few regarding the effects of the loss of Micron's work.

Here is my guess as to what is happening: The leak was to make a bunch of people sell so that the "inside parties" could gather up inventory at a cheaper price. Notice how quickly the stock was gobbled up and how quickly the price rebounded. The "rumor" told to them was true but only part of the story. Now more news is being "leaked" where the main effect will be (my guess) a one time inventory write off, new customers are already in line (we know that already), and that margins will improve (a good probability).
