I think this case, the backbone of the strategy, is collapsing. Or perhaps just getting so messed up it won’t be a threat at all anymore. As the judge has insisted in ditching the absurd redactions and we start seeing what they were hiding, the whole case looks hideous. It shows what a difference it makes to have a fair judge and court.

But it seems likely that all of these cases will have collapsed before the election. And all are likely to collapse in appeal once they get out of NY. Fannie is running into more trouble as well, since there are indications her short term romance may have been much longer term than she admitted.

None of it matters to Dems after November, but I’m hoping they fall away quickly so Dems can see how gullible they have been.
