I'm not claiming it. I know what it was used for. In Philly, for example, the money was used to fund storefronts, manned by Democrats, who could see neighborhood people privately and coach them on "how to fill out their ballots". In private settings where coaching could occur on improper topics. Where no Republican observers were allowed. Potentially, completing returns for the victims.

Zuckerberg did NOT spend $500M to hire these people to play checkers.

If the Koch Bros had done this you would have had a fucking cow and you know it.
