This is an old scam. Foreigners buy property in the US using LLCs. When the US 'born' LLC sells, the funds are wired offshore, no cap gains collected and the Foreigners scam the system. The LLc simply dissolves or files BK. By far the largest repository of these LLCs are found in Joe Xiden home state of Delaware.
