Teledesic looking for VxWorks experts...
Much concern has been expressed on this thread about the potential competition to Wind River Systems from Gates/Microsoft, but IMHO not enough has been said about the way these two companies benefit from each other.
I was reminded of this when I noticed that Teledesic is looking for VxWorks experts. (Teledesic is the global satellite access company financed by Craig McCaw, Bill Gates, and Boeing.) Like the I2O initiative, this looks like another example of the way in which both WIND and Gates/MSFT mutually benefit.
