This is an entirely false statement.

Civil trials do not find anyone guilty. Guilt can be found in a criminal trial, but that requires proof beyond doubt. Rock solid proof.

Civil trials do not require proof. They essentially determine there was at least a 50.000001% chance he did it in the jury's analysis. In this case, however, the judge rigged the outcome by claiming that there was proof of rape even when the jury disagreed with that. Two members

It matters. If you carefully read the verdict form you will see that was no finding of rape:

In fact, the governor of NY PUSHED THROUGH, days after the trial, a new version on the law to change the meaning of what he was convicted of because they wanted so baby to claim he raped her. Even though two jurors FLATLY REFUSED TO FIND RAPE IN THIS TRIAL.

And what is required here is proof that he did, NOT proof that he didn’t. You seem very confused on this issue.

This case will clearly be overturned by the USSC if it gets there, for this and many reasons. It is wrongful and it should but it sure as hell won’t before the election.

Most reasonable people know it is bogus. There was zero evidence and you have t been to produce any.

You cannot use the Access Hollywood tape as evidence. It just had nothing to do with this case in any way shape or form. It was an obvious joke.
