Been building a position in SOLV. MMM unloaded a lot of debt so has yet to commit to a div yet. Preliminary review based on financials has SOLV PE at 12x.

Solventum (SOLV), on April 1. And get this - that healthcare arm was responsible for roughly 30% of 3M's cash flows
Was not aware it was that high. If so, when they do start a dividend, I expect it to be good along w/ growing FCF. Wonder if management will set a 40% or lower dividend coverage?
