Reginald, Saying that the earnings do not look good is something of an understatement. On $44 million there is $15M for selling general and adminstrative. Let me point out that I do not own any of these shares but I follow the thread as I own a competitor. I would be screaming bloody murder at the directors who produced results like these. They are awful. Just my opinion. John
