You've got to be kidding!! The drop out rate is the percentage of patients who didn't complete the study for whatever reason. It reflects the degree and magnitude of side effects that subjects will tolerate and has nothing to do with efficacy. A 50% drop out rate in a clinical trial is VERY BAD.
