That is Russian propaganda you are posting! It is the opposite. Ask who provoked him when he broke a treaty he had signed with Ukraine and stole Crimea!! The reason Putin invaded, was because we did NOT stand up to him when he invaded Crimea. No one provoked him, he just felt he could get away with it and he did! IF we had stood up to him then, it is doubtful he would have invaded the country, period. And no one provoked him when he invaded other countries around him. You don't seem to understand Putin wants to reclaim all the territory he lost in 1991 when the Soviet Union broke up.
