I sold the remainder of my PEG today. Trimmed it last week as I thought it was getting overvalued, and ended up selling the rest of it this morning. Even though SSD gives it a 99 safety rating and reasonably valued according to their 5 year metric, Fastgraphs shows it closing in on a PE ratio of almost 20.5, close to the high it attained in April of 22. Picked up most of it during the covid pullback and added to it over the last few years. Ended up with an overall return of around 14% not including dividends.

I added to my utility pile of AEP, EVRG, and WEC, along with PRU, GIS and CVS. I’m very light on staples so have been adding to GIS in bits and pieces. CVS is a bit speculative, but my position is very small, accounting for just over 1% of my overall income, so I’m not too concerned.

My next batch of dividends is not due until the end of the month, so I’m pretty much done buying for May.
