Nicholas, you'll notice that WACC filed their 10QSB yesterday. It looks like mostly a housekeeping effort with the divesting of the oil & gas business. The GOOD news it's an important LEGAL step in meeting SEC requirements and will be one less obstacle on the road to re-listing. Any more news out there? JOE
