I am 35 and also sold several REITS, but kept O and EXR. EXR has performed very well, but O not so much. What are the top growth assets you are looking to contribute to in the 39 YO portfolio? WST, COST, AMZN, KLAC are on my list. I have been debating selling ABT. Great company, but not sure it is worth holding over the total stock index for growth - ABT seems to have stalled and I am having trouble seeing the growth story moving forward.
