Special Prosecutor Jack Smith *CAUGHT* Breaking the Same Law He Weaponized Against J6 Defendants Jack Smith is on the hot seat at SCOTUS for weaponizing an obscure law that the D.C. court has thrown at hundreds of J6 defendants. Obstruction of an official proceeding. However, in Jack Smith's case, he is assuredly GUILTY of committing the crime that is inappropriately using to charge J6 defendants like former President Trump. According to analysis by the American Thinker's
@Bookwormroom
, Jack Smith broke the law when he submitted misleading court documents on the FBI's now-infamous photo of classified-marked documents found at Mar-a-Lago. It turns out, that now-infamous photo was a "frame job." As
@julie_kelly2
had reported, the court documents show that the FBI had used ad hoc "Top Secret" cover slips to splay out the presidential documents in an unnecessary photo tailor-made for Biden campaign optics. The main issue? The FBI not only misled the public and the court by fabricating the photo-op, it destroyed evidence by changing the order the classified-marked documents were found in. You see, if the presidential documents were found in sequential order by date, it does a major blow to the prosecution's baseless accusations of criminal intent. Therefore, the FBI and Jack Smith are GUILTY of breaking §1512(c)(2), which was actually implemented to prevent companies from removing or destroying documents relevant to court proceedings. The law states: 'Whoever corruptly ... otherwise obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding, or attempts to do so, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.' As Widburg remarks at the

: Thus, we have two known instances in which the DOJ altered records, documents, and objects. Moreover, the staged Mar-a-Lago photo indicates that this was done to harm President Trump. That strongly implies both corruption and intention, two elements of a criminal cause of action. When/if Trump returns to the White House, he needs to have his DOJ investigate the lead-up to how Smith and his minions altered and manipulated those documents. And if there’s reasonable evidence that they did so corruptly and intentionally, they must be prosecuted to the full extent of the actual laws, as written (as opposed to the Democrats’ “make it up as we go along” version of “law”). Our nation cannot survive with a partisan DOJ that is willing to violate the nation’s laws to destroy its perceived political opponents. It is thus Jack Smith and the FBI who should be on trial for the selective and vindictive prosecution of a president. It is Jack Smith and the FBI who should be on trial for Biden administration collusion to bring sham charges against a leading presidential candidate. It is Jack Smith and the FBI who should be on trial for committing election interference and undermining Americans' confidence in free and fair elections.
