The trip is called the Rhine Getaway, and you can do less expensive if you want. Price varies on what options you choose. We fly first class or business class where we have our own little cubicles and the seats turn into beds. That alone was $10K for two, but that's how I roll. Viking does all inclusive where you get free tours and free drinks during meal time only. Therefore I paid for the Spirit package, drinks all day and premium wines that others aren't privy to. There are optional excursions that you can pay for. Also we signed up for the gratuity package where we tipped in advance and didn't have to worry about it. We paid over $25K, mostly due to airfare and we took the insurance package, but you can go for about $6K for two, some people do. The type of cabin you stay in is also a factor. Upper decks cost extra. So again, it depends on what you want from your trip.
