What was the old saying " If you remember the 60's you were not there." I think "if you did not get a margin call during the dot.com bust you were not there!". : ) I am pushing to convert selected tech stocks to more dividend stocks now. Buffet may be signalling a top to the market in the next few years. It is crazy that some of my dividend stocks I bought in the 80s for a few thousand dollars are now worth serious money. Compounding is a powerful thing. Funny as you get closer to retirement the old adage "that you worry more about the return of your money not the return on your money" has more significance.
