Sorry Allen! My post was a bit harsh. I didn't really mean it
literally.

My point is that you (you in a general sense) CANNOT automatically
discount any bearish opinions about the company. Anything bearish
automatically gets tossed out here.

Obviously (looking at the stock over the last two years) the bulls
have been wrong. (for a GREAT example of this, look at the 'estimates'
the people on this thread post before every quarterly report...)

I'll tell you something frankly, because you are one of the people
I really respect here:

This board is people's own worst enemy. It causes you to be shoddy
on research, and only understand the good points of Iomega, and
discount the bad stuff. Just think if neither Rocky or I posted
here!! Obviously, there's stuff that is NOT understood by this board,
how else do you explain the 50%+ cut since December? On a miss by
a penny?

One thing I've found out is that there is always 'some' truth in bad
rumors, and in something that I hear in two different places.
The 'CLIK OF DEATH' is most likely a real problem based upon the
amount of independent evidence out there. You can't just toss this
one out like everything else here.

The problem with all these boards is that they present a very one-sided
view of any stock, and cause a mass delusion amongst
those who participate. They should be a VERY SMALL piece of the
research done on any stock..
