I got this via email... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Gensci Refrigeration (GNS) gensci.bc.ca GenSci Regeneration Sciences and Osteotech are suing each other for patent infringement over gels and putty aimed at helping bones grow. The fight is getting dirty, with Osteotech sending out mass emails stating their case. GNS stock has made a good run on the merit of the technology, but with the lawsuit hanging over them, may have problems in the market. These fights can take a long time and shareholders may move out of the stock on that. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Has anyone received a copy of the "mass email"?
