And before anyone does more of Bill Gates experiments on actual man made "global cooling" they need to review all the evidence that indicates Cave bears (once common) were made extinct right at the coldest point of the last ice age. Ignore the rest of the guff as that is not relevant to the concern in question. They need to review that every day to ensure they are fully aware of the risks.
