Does the deal require Chinese regulatory approval? The problem nixed the Intel - TSEM deal, and delayed the MXL-SIMO deal long enough that it eventually didn't go through. China very mad at the USA, so they may withhold approval to screw things up, and if China withholds approval it may mean that if the deal goes through Juniper can't sell into China, which may make the buyer not want to do the deal. That's all I can think of. Chinese deal approval in big tech is a big problem in global M&A these days....
