I'm waiting for a decent reentry point to buy back in as I would agree this is a pretty steep overreaction. From a chart standpoint the setup is bearish so I am being patient.

I saw QVC has a new partnership with LEGO which I took as a positive. LEGO is a strong brand and to now have them as something they can sell is great. My hope is QVC can find additional partners like LEGO to help offset the areas that will for sure decline like home sales.

So I would agree the real risk is core QVC/HSN revenue keeps declining, but their customer counts are starting to finally look alive again.

Qurate has held off on spending as they focused heavily on the turnaround first, but their marketing has started to ramp up as Athens finishes and their CAPEX spend has started to be in pivoting them into digital. A good portion of their revenue is now coming from the digital space and I personally have used the QVC app to buy a few things.

Next few quarters will be critical to see if revenue stabilizes at QVC/HSN. Until then I personally am expecting the common (QRTEA) to decline further with $0.73/s being a critical zone that if they cross and hold there it could spell a return to the low of $0.40/s.
