The Trump whiner gets the same kind of jury anyone else gets and better lawyers and investigators than anyone else.
It used to be the prevailing view that a well-paid team of defense lawyers can help the rich beat any charge, up to and including murder.

This view still prevails, but it is now competing with the view of the Q Continuum, that a "deep blue" district can convict anyone of anything, even a rich man with a well-paid team of defense lawyers.

Again, two sides of the same coin.
