Old koany has me on ignore, so maybe someone can pass this post explaining science along to him.

Biology 101: A person born with XX chromosomes is a female. A person born with XY chromosomes is a male. An adult female is a woman. An adult male is a man. Period..

Psychology 101: An XX woman ingesting testosterone and undergoing genital mutilation and sterilization is a mentally ill woman, not a man. An XY man taking estrogen and undergoing genital mutilation and sterilization is a mentally ill man, and not a woman. Period..

And people dosing mentally ill children with puberty blockers and mutilating their genitals and rendering them sterile are child abusing monsters. Period..
