Dan , new to the thread but would like to say it is very informative and I think Baat is on track.The SEC investigation really shouldnt move the stock one way or the other. The only reason to halt this stock is if fraudulent financials were made. As far as BAAT's intellectual property goes the SEC cant do much about that or there claims to it. Baats atty's will shut that down and it really has no bearing on claims made now or in the future.Baat has proved that they have a technology that does make a diesel powered engine get 93++ miles to the Gal.What makes it do that is of no concern to the SEC. As far as the price manipulation goes it is all in a days work when you generate 25million shares traded in a day.I dont think any MM's had any Idea that would happen.The small uneducated and impulsive investor is the one who made the mistakes and no one else. I will be keeping an eye on this one and believe it is a great co. Good Luck to All. Regards David M.
