VCSH: I am slowly starting to rotate out of my money market cash position which is yielding about 5.15% into bond ETFs. VCSH is my primary play here and I may mix in a little AGG. We are clearly at the end of the rate hike cycle as fears continue to abate that there could be a surprise that would lead the fed to raise again ... and we're on the doorstep of an easing cycle. This will, of course, impact the healthy money market yields. Currently, VCSH's 30-day yield is about 5.4% last I checked and I think it has 5-7% of price upside. Remember that as bond prices rise, yield will fall. This will occur with VCSH as well but the price increase should be a favorable setup.

This will not be a quick rotation as I continue to watch the action between rates, money markets, bond prices, etc, but more of a mindful rotation. I'm also looking for opportunities to rotate out of some equities to build a bigger fixed income %, mostly in my taxable accounts.
