CIVI. This Rocky Mountain O&G announced a secondary public offering by an "affiliate* (here a pension fund that holds shares). Priced at $73.80, that's dropped the stock today to $73.52 (after hours). I upped my position by about 1/3.

I like some of the metrics: p/e, roe. Dividend can fluctuate: "...a dividend of $1.50 per share ($0.50 per share base and $1.00 per share variable) to be paid on June 26 to shareholders of record as of June 12, 2024." That's about 8% annualized, if that dividend were to be sustained.
