ARM developing AI chips for Softbank with 2025 release.

The barrier to entry seems low in regards to AI processors. NVDA has first mover advantage, a software library for turnkey Apps and developer support 2nd to none but it can last a few years at most especially since fabrication is outsourced. Outsourced means everyone can access to the same resources so the innovation is in the design of the chip.
