The spike proteins are real, and I think the original variant was lethal to those who were susceptible. A low level of Vitamin D was a problem, as were other health problems including obesity.

At least one study showed patients with low Vit D3 levels were more susceptible to severe Covid infection and death.

Things got easier with later variants that transmitted easier, but were less lethal.

The "Pandemic" was overhyped as well. No solution except an experimental "one vaccine for all". These were all deliberate and planned lies.
