Well lookie here, Broken Cuck, the very reason why Big Pharma has to be extra extra diligent in disclosing pretty much everything:
Ashford found that the companies knew some patients, particularly non-Caucasian races, might not do as well on the drug but deliberately suppressed research and allowed Hawaii doctors to prescribe the medication without having the necessary information.
So BMS and Sanofi get fined $900M simply because they didn't disclose to the public that their drug might not be as effective on Asians as once thought.

That's a really hefty fine for such a relatively minor lapse.

Yet here you are alleging that Big Pharma covers up even worse "conspiracies" such as kIlLeR cOvId sHoTs.

Think about it. If BMS and Sanofi, two heavyweights in Big Pharma, couldn't even cover up the Plavix scandal despite how benign it was, what makes you think Pfizer and Moderna is able to cover up the big "vaccine conspiracy"?

P.S. - I won't even waste time discussing how woke Hawaii's AG was in their press release, since I doubt you give a Brandon ...
