My understanding is that military business is neither required nor expected.
The revenue expectations do not depend on their eventuality.
As far as "delays"... GSTRF does not expect any.
Your comment that both will be successful is right on the money. Many tend to view I* and G* as competitors. It is much less the case than investors seem to want to believe.
